We purchased our Marquis hot tub 7 months ago.We had to convert a small steel frame building to enclose the spa. I gave our original salesman all the specs and top frame. The initial tech and installer came and installed in a very professional time frame. After the installation, we realized the hot tub installed cover would not open all the way. Bottom.line, we started to work with MJ.. She was awesome. MJ not only took the time to be sure the measurement and bar was correct, but followed through with the manufacturer. They ... read more
