So i wrote a review for the fort collins store a few days ago. Then 2 days go by and i get a phone call from patio splash which i didn't answer. I texted back asking if they needed something. Turns out the owner asked them to call me to determine if they gave me a credit for half of my bill would i take down the 1 star review i gave them. Also wanted me to sign something saying that i wouldn't post anymore negative reviews. Service is a scam. We were charged $600 for the repair of a $45 part. They charge $199 per hour for labor in Cheyenne, Wyoming. And they charged us a service call of $199. Tech didn't bring the parts on the day of the service call and had to come back. Typically the service call is deducted from the total cost, that's how other company's we worked with operate. Patio Splash is ripping people off!
After having our first tub replaced after less than two months of using it, the second one has had no end of issues either, in two months time as well. The store has tried its best, we think, but every issue has seemed to be a manufacturing defect. We’re done. I’d suggest that the business stop selling Bullfrog spas if this is the “quality” that Bullfrog is offering.
