We live in Cheyenne, but purchased a used hot tub from the Ft. Collins location, and from the get-go, they have been amazing to work with. MJ is absolutely wonderful! She has gone above and beyond for us from the moment we spoke with her, and is always very responsive! DJ and Ernest delivered the hot tub a few days after purchase and were on time, professional and knowledgable. We can't recommend Patio Splash enough!
DJ and Ernest were on time, quick, and Professional. They anticipated questions, sharing information that kept our questions to a minimum. They were careful to ensure we fully inspected our purchase inside and out to ensure we found any damage, which there was none. Last a detailed explanation of fill and startup was done. All-in-all, A++ job!
We had such an incredible experience Rich and Janet were the absolute best!! Janet sat in the hot tubs with us and talked about all the pros and cons! We got such a screaming deal on our hot tub! Highly recommend going here felt like home! I will support home town businesses always! Thank you!! Can’t wait to get the hot tub here and relax in it!!!
We just purchased a bullfrog A5 L from the Cheyenne Wyoming patio splash store. It was delivered on Friday and the crew that delivered it were great! DJ and Ernest did a fabulous job. They were very professional, knew what they were doing, explained everything to us, friendly and personable. They removed our old hot tub and put the new one in place without any issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend patio splash to anybody looking for a hot tub!
