I have been eyeing hot tubs for over a year, but have been too uncertain with brand, filtration and sterilisation, etc to make a decision. Jerry Cunningham was very helpful and informative with everything from structure and function to installation. He did not push a certain brand or model, but was conscientious to ensure all of my questions and concerns were resolved.
