Great experience working with Eric and his team. Eric was quick to answer all questions and explain the options. The wait time from first deposit to install was just as expected, and the install was seamless and well done. We are very happy with our new awning!
My overall experience with Eric and his team was very positive. From the consultation to the installation and even afterwards if I ran into an issue or malfunction Eric reponded quickly and followed up as well. I can’t recommend Eric and his team enough. Searching for an awning company was a bit daunting, as most of the companies I found appeared to specialize in commercial projects. I love my retractable awning!!!! The install was fast no issues. During the course of the day I could not sit on my deck, but now my family can in enjoy sitting on the deck and no direct sun!!!
