Eric and his team installed our awning a year ago and from the sale to the installation, Eric was responsive to all our questions and concerns. We had to have Eric return a month ago to address our awning's motor as it was failing to pull the awning back into it's cartridge completely and returned to fix it, honoring their warranty. It had to be re-programmed. We would recommend Eric and his company, Patio Shades Retractable Awnings to anyone.
I've been so pleased with my retractable awning. Eric was super easy to work with and his customer service is exceptional! Responds very timely and is so helpful. Highly recommend!
