Patio Shades Retractable Awnings did a fantastic job for me. They started with a detailed consultation - they asked a lot of questions to really understand what I wanted and then went over the recommendation in detail. Then they went above and beyond expectations spending several weeks researching the framing details of my terrace to make 100% sure the awning weight would be supported. We ended up with exactly what we wanted. Great job! I highly recommend them!
We got several quotes and Eric’s stood out head and shoulders above the rest. He is a true professional who knows the product and the needs of his customer. He was patient to walk us through the different models and considerations of each, and brought by samples in person for us to review and decide on. He was also able to expedite the order to have it ready in a few weeks ahead of our big summer neighbor’s BBQ. Pricing was also much more reasonable than the other options. Can’t recommend enough.
Eric made replacement of our ratty awning fast and easy. He provided a quote in a timely manner and provided useful information in narrowing down our fabric selection. Scott the installer was attentive to details and made adjustments to the existing mechanism to ensure the awning operates smoothly. Squirrels chewed holes in my awning fabric forcing me to have it replaced. The company that I originally bought the awning must have gone out of business. I discovered Patio Shades Awnings on the internet. I called & spoke to the owner, Eric Sheaffer & he said he could help me out. He got in touch w/ SummerSpace (original distribution company).
