The father and son came up with a great design for our deck. They are responsive as well. We are pleased overall.
It’s been 5yrs now since PatioPros built me a new deck back in 2016. Steven was a nice guy but never came back to fix the issues his subcontractors left behind. Every time is see these issues I get so furious that I paid so much money for my deck when I could have had Lowes do it for $500 more and I would had a piece of mind that Lowes would not leave me hanging. My experience was positive from beginning and not great towards the end. Positives: Steve was responsive from getting quote to getting county approvals, etc. Competitive pricing. Good understanding of end to end process on resources, materials, finishing at rapid pace. Negatives (wish I had a better term): Delayed start of 3 months though it committed as early start. The best of the best
I had a good experience with Patio Pros. They built a screened in porch on the rear of my house. Their construction crew was excellent, arriving on time, doing a great job and cleaning up after themselves. I was not impressed with the painters, but overall I would recommend this business and use them again.
