I didn't contact your company for service but was actually out doing Meals on Wheels and came across a free basketball goal on the side of the road and thought "that'd be perfect for my boys!" After having a gas fireplace insert installed the next item was a log/burner set. My wife said to check out Patio, Pool & Fireside but I said we could save money by going to the local lumber yard. After checking out all options I ended up with Jeff who helped me pick out the right log set for my needs. The logs have a realistic look and with the ember flame that looks like hot coals burning it makes for a beautiful fireplace.
