I'd give it a one but the two chairs we have are nice. I ordered 4 chairs and cushions in May 2025, it is now October. Everything you read about lack of communication and missing dates is absolutely true. I have been told 6 different times it is on the truck. FYI, Mike will also tell you no refunds after the fact, so you get to deal with that also. I have limited faith that I will see anything this year.
