It was a great experience. The salesman showed a view of what the enclosure would look like when complete. It helped us decide what the final product would appear. The installers were professional and courteous; they answered all questions. The final product was great. Several comments have been made on how well the enclosure looks. This was a good investment for us.
Patio Enclosures is an awesome business. From our initial contact and planning with Grant, the pre inspection with Stephen and the quality work performed was second to none! . The mistro that orchestrated this project was Megan. I can't say enough positive comments about Megan. She should be called the "Fixer". Patio Enclosures is by far a more expensive product than other potential enclosure solutions; however, their staff work very hard to understand the needs of the customer and build a product that is specifically tailored. My family did not contract w/ Patio Enclosures (because of the cost), but we were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and follow-up of the sales person (Elena) during our initial search for an enclosure contractor. I recently got a quote for a screen room. The sales representative, Elena was great giving me the best quote for what I wanted. Her presentation and customer service was excellent as well. However, the reason why I'm rating this company as a 2 star is because I did not sign a contract for them to start this project. There prices are extremely too high for a small enclosed patio. Even with promotion deals and discounts the price was still high. The quote I given made me feel like I was buying another home. I hope the company ... read more
