I wanted to schedule a home visit for an estimate. But instead of simply agreeing on a date and time, the representative insisted on collecting unnecessary personal information such as my last name, email, and more. When I asked why this was needed since they already had my phone number and address, the representative reacted very displeased and unprofessional.
It was a great experience. The salesman showed a view of what the enclosure would look like when complete. It helped us decide what the final product would appear. The installers were professional and courteous; they answered all questions. The final product was great. Several comments have been made on how well the enclosure looks. This was a good investment for us.
Absolutely the right decision to use you guys. The communication between Megan, Paul, and Steven could not have been better. Installation and cleanup were top-notch. We love the room and will now be able to have our enter family (30+) at home for the holidays. Thank again for the great work.
