The patio door had been getting harder to slide open for a while and we finally decided to just get it replaced instead of messing with it anymore. The estimate process was straightforward - someone came out, measured, went over a few options with us, and we picked one that fit the budget. Scheduling took a couple weeks but they were upfront about the timeline. The install crew was in and out in a few hours which surprised me. New door glides open with barely any effort.
