I ordered 6 counter sized chairs and two tables (polywood) for our patio in late October. Molly was very helpful during the selection and ordering process. I was told to expect delivery in 8 weeks. The furniture was delivered the first week of December (met the delivery goal) and looks wonderful on our condo balcony. We were pleased with service & responsiveness of the folks there whenever we called, and the good manners of the delivery man. Took our money in July 2018 for patio furniture....Today November 7th we still have NOTHING...we were told to dispute the charge on the credit card to get our money back!!!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I work for a local property management company & an owner ordered furniture here at the end of May. The owner was told 4-6 weeks, yet no phone calls to him or me were made to explain a delay. We spoke in the beginning of August at which point I was told it was back-ordered and would be in within a week or two. Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. I have bought furniture from them before (in stock), and the quality is great. This time, it had to be ordered. I was promised 4-6 weeks. After 10 weeks with no communication at all, we started calling for an update. They would not answer the phone or return messages. My Mother, who lives in Destin, finally had to go in person to the store to talk to someone. They told her they had no idea how much longer it would be. 14 weeks no furniture yet, never a call or anything. DO NOT BUY HERE!
Promised6 weeks delivery and now it’s been 14 weeks. No phone call to let me know about the delay or anything. I would have gone someplace else had I known in the beginning how long it was going to take.
The furniture is great. It's colorful and perfect for the Destin weather. The delivery quoted by patio depot was off by two months. They order the furniture from a company in Canada. There was very little if any communication regarding the delays in delivery. We made a trip to Destin for the scheduled delivery week in May. I had to call several times to follow up on the delivery and finally received an email that they hoped I would have my furniture end of July and they were as frustrated as I was.
