Really enjoying my Solara pergola, and their willingness to conduct multiple consultations at my home to make sure that I chose the appropriate features and options for my patio before ordering. Them sharing dozens of pictures of their prior installations also really helped to develop a sense of what the end product would look like. Made contact with this company for a patio cover. Sales process was painless. We did have some prior experiences with several other companies with outdated sales practices, so this was a pleasant experience. Only small issue we had, was installation scheduling. However, once it was scheduled, installation process was very professional and we are extremely happy with the product and overall experience. We are very happy with our decision.
FORGET GETTING ANY MAINTENANCE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I rebuke my previous review 100%. When you pay, what you will pay for this system, the customer service should be at minimum, responsive. We've heard every line in the book, "bad weather," "tech is sick," "tech had surgery," "waiting on parts," "waiting on Arizona," etc., etc., etc. At least make an effort to return calls and be communicative.
