I am an avid cyclist, triathlete, and runner. I take my race bikes here. They are knowledgeable, quick and have very fair prices. The last time I took a bike in for a mountain bike repair it was done in an hour. Plus they are friendly and professional. Love this place.
I can't believe the Owner lied to my face. I had moved a month prior to Ironman Wisconsin 2011, and left my race bike behind. I asked my dad to get a tune up for me and we recieved great reviews from Patio Bike so he went there. My dad didn't know what to look for when picking up the bike, and he was told they didn't have to do much work because I take good care of my bike (rightfully so the last tune up was 2 months earlier). I've had my bike in to the Patio Bike Shop twice in the last three months (broken spoke, flat tire). Both times the service was quick, courteous, thorough, and comparatively inexpensive. Patio Bike Shop is my new bike shop of choice.
