I went to Patio & Flame on the hunt for a patio table and chair set. I found what I wanted. The owner was pleasant and friendly. Offered same day delivery. I bought the set at 9am and it was set up and delivered by 1pm. Very efficient and nice man delivered, set up and took the trash. He was done by 1:10pm. Awesome experience!
Do not buy furniture from this company or you’ll regret it. Spent $$5300 for a patio table and chairs + delivery charges. When delivered they brought the wrong base to secure the table and promised to deliver a new one asap. Been told three times that it’s on the next truck and he will deliver as soon as it arrives. Two months later I’m still waiting for the base. Top of table tips if you put any pressure on it and almost fell on my grandson..Was advised by the delivery guy not to use the table. Purchased outdoor furniture set from them and had a wonderful experience. Linda and the owner were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful store and furniture, drove by it multiple times and have never gone in but that was a mistake. The furniture is awesome! It’s unique and well made. The atmosphere is great and everyone at the store was helpful and a joy to be around. Thanks Lisa!
