We bought a patio set in the fall and we’re very pleased with it. However, we were promised touchup paint. We called customer service at least six times and stopped by the store twice to request what was promised. We have never received a call back. I feel customer service stopped with the sale. Addendum: the review got immediate service from our initial sales person who promised to correct the situation. When it’s fulfilled, I will be removing this review as we are very happy with our patio set.
Not happy. Paid for furniture 9 weeks ago and have yet to receive it when we were told at most would be 7 weeks. I understand that this could be a manufacturing delay that they cannot control but they are not providing updates or any sort of detail to help set expectations for us. Not what I expect for a $7k purchase. Would have hard time Recommending them based on the current situation. If anything changes I will adjust my review.
