Viaje 1h 15min , ingrese y retire el repuesto del vehículo, solo para que al momento de realizar el pago me dijeran que el precio que me enviaron por mensaje estaba mal y que fue error de ellos , no brindaron ni una disculpa ni un acuerdo razonable para ambos, simplemente ese precio no es y ya, perdí mi tiempo en el único día libre que tengo aparte gas y peaje al viajar más de una hora a este pésimo establecimiento
This location was the end result of a phone call that sent me on a nearly hour-long drive involving toll roads, only to arrive and find that none of the vehicles had engines in them. After being questioned about who I spoke to and having the quoted price denied, I was sent to a vehicle that had no engine installed at all. Lo primero que hice como persona educada fue decir los buenos dias a lo que nadie respondio,luego me dicen que me iban a ayudar a abrir el maletero de un carro para sacar un foco trasero y nadie me ayudo pase trabajo para sacarlo y luego que voy a hacer el checkout me dice la recepcionista que 100 pesos 🤯🤯 y ella ni sabia el precio pq antes me habia preguntado q si ya me habian dicho adentro cuanto costaba ,la verdad no los recomiendo muy mal servicio al cliente y luego de eso te quieren cobrar las cosas como nueva.Ya de e... read more
