As a wedding planner, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Patina on a wedding over the summer. The products they offer are all beautiful and very well taken care of! Unprofessional and unorganized. I hate to do this to a small business but am shocked at how poor Patina’s customer service is. I reached out about two weeks ago and received a reply that they would respond to my wishlist in a business day. A week passed and I followed up to receive another auto message that they had double events.
