Patine Rentals were an absolutely amazing vendor to work with for our wedding and our welcome boat cruise!! They were incredibly thorough and deeply cared about each part of the project, I felt as though she really listened and was attentive to every single detail :) Communication was clear and professional, but always very kind! Unprofessional and unorganized. I hate to do this to a small business but am shocked at how poor Patina’s customer service is. I reached out about two weeks ago and received a reply that they would respond to my wishlist in a business day. A week passed and I followed up to receive another auto message that they had double events.
