I have a 14k crucifix and the bail on the pendant broke. I needed a simple solder repair; should be no more than 5 minutes and $20. They told me they were unable to solder the bail or repair it. Tried telling me I would need a new bail that would cost $400!?! In what world would a 14k bail (0.02kg~) cost $400?? I went to a different jeweler and they had it done same day for $20. Will not be going back for any jewelry needs. Seems like they would rip someone off imo.
I had a custom engagement ring made and Jackie and the crew have been very helpful and communicative during the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better ring made and am so excited for the big day. Thanks again!

I came in initially to have an antique watch sized. I needed a special gift and the salesperson was able to help me find just the right piece. There is no sales pressure there, just help. The store is beautiful. All the staff members I interacted with were wonderful.
I would not recommend them. I had a ring sized and asked for an appraisal for our insurance. They did not do the appraisal. Then wanted me to turn around and give $200 dollars. The woman said that she would not size the ring until the appraisal came. After $ 260 for sizing.. bad communication and I feel like it's not my fault the girl forgot the appraisal. No problem resolution at all. So be wary when you take something there , you might have to write it down in BIG handwriting for them. They don't care they messed up, just ... read more
