The BEST physician's office I have ever gone to. The front desk staff are wonderful, always get the right prescriptions sent out and are kind and patient with their clients. The nurse practitioners are better informed and much better than most of the MD's I have seen in Florida. I would trust them with my life if I had to.
Nurse practitioner was ok, but the front office staff are the worst. I called to cancel a lab appointment and the office manager was extremely rude and condescending. When I called back to get my blood pressure medication sent to the pharmacy, she was rude again and refused to call it in. I asked for the owners number to complain on her and she refused to give it to me and hung up the phone. By far the most unprofessional medical office around.
The staff called and tried to help them the best I could and they were incredibly rude. I would never send any of our patients to this office.
I have been a patient for many years now. I am very happy with Patient's Primary Care. Efficient and friendly staff. They have helped me through a couple illnesses over the past four years and done so much more than any of my other physicians getting me the tests, etc. that I needed. Small, homey feel and you get the impression that everyone is committed to keeping you healthy.
My husband and I have been coming here for our medical care for 17 years. And we are so grateful for the care that we have received. As a nurse that lives and works in this community, I recommend them to anyone seeking a medical office. They are caring, dependable, and passionate people. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. I just can't say enough about them.
