The staff called and tried to help them the best I could and they were incredibly rude. I would never send any of our patients to this office.
I have been a patient for many years now. I am very happy with Patient's Primary Care. Efficient and friendly staff. They have helped me through a couple illnesses over the past four years and done so much more than any of my other physicians getting me the tests, etc. that I needed. Small, homey feel and you get the impression that everyone is committed to keeping you healthy.
My husband and I have been coming here for our medical care for 17 years. And we are so grateful for the care that we have received. As a nurse that lives and works in this community, I recommend them to anyone seeking a medical office. They are caring, dependable, and passionate people. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. I just can't say enough about them.
The check in staff are extremely useless and unprofessional. I went Jan of 2026. They had Condescending and judgemental remarks. HIPAA violations just waiting to be exposed. The ladies should be fired. They are not doctors. Do not hold any medical degrees. I've been treated better at a Burger King drive up then I was with the staff at this location. Unexceptable.
This is a great small office with highly trained people working there. They have taken very good care of our family and have always been there when we needed them.
