I can’t say enough good things about Patients First! My husband needed them for a home visit after a recent kidney stone surgery. There was problems with getting the referral from our primary. The whole staff helped so much trying to get this fixed. Everyone was so caring and nice. Dawn even came out on a Saturday to attend to him. I really felt like they cared for his well-being. I would highly recommend them.

I assist my Mom with her healthcare and I asked Patients First to communicate with me so that I could follow up on her PT program with her and unfortunately they never did. I called the office multiple times to request information about my Moms care plan and scheduling visits but they never called me back. I left messages for the administration to call me back and I never received any calls back.
