I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by, Patients First Home Care in Sebring FL From the start, the communication was poor, and it only went downhill from there. The caregivers often arrived late, and sometimes they didn’t show up at all without any explanation. When they did come, they seemed unprepared and untrained for the level of care my family member needed. What’s worse, the staff was often indifferent and inattentive. I’m deeply disappointed by my experience at this hospital. The way the hospital treats its workers is appalling. During my visit, I witnessed staff members being overworked, dismissed by management when they asked for help, and treated with zero respect. This not only reflects poor leadership but affects the quality of care for patients. If the hospital can’t support its own staff, how can they be trusted to provide proper care?
