I am already impressed with this practice and I haven’t been seen yet. I called and left a message to schedule a new patient appointment and the Rosemary, the nurse practitioner, called me back after hours to get me scheduled. She was so nice, helpful and evident that she cares about their patients and experiences. I will update after my appointment if needed but I already feel that I found a great practice.
I’d give 10 stars if I could! Rosemary took care of my dad, she listened to all of his concerns. She took the time to talk to him and explain her plan of action. My dad has not received this kind of one on one care in a long time. If you want personal care and be treated like an actual patient this is it! From the day I called to make an appointment, Millie her assistant helped me and communicated everything I needed before his appointment. I’m so happy I finally found a primary care that really cares for my Dad.
