Shame on Physicians Choice. I called Friday to ask them to send a home health care employee to help my 90 yr old father who had fallen and needed help. The person who answered the phone told me they no longer had staff in Pahrump and would have to come from Las Vegas, an hour away. They said they would have some one call us. They finally called back, 4pm, MONDAY, to set up an appointment later in the week. My father passed away Monday morning, 3am. TOO LATE!!
