Our grandson left the cushion for his CPAP machine at home when he came to visit us in Panama City Beach FL. Yesterday I arrived in Mexico Beach for a 2 1/2 week vacation. As time to go to bed arrived I began to put my cpap out. I realized that I did not remove the seal from the top of the reservoir that I use to clean my cpap. After a sleepless night I called around to see if I could locate one. I called Patients Choice Medical Services. The lady who answered transferred me to Robin, upon my telling her my story she was so helpful. Called to get help to order my husband some parts for his cpap machine . Robin went above and beyond to help call the VA and get the info needed for all the parts requested and get everything we needed in two days. Pick up was super easy and quick. Thank you Robin for all your help and the gentlemen who answers the phones to relay everything I needed to Robin.
