Well, I have to say, Melanie, Shaky and Jasmine are absolutely amazing! I consider myself a high maintenance patient who is very fearful. Melanie was very helpful when I called to discuss my needs and to see if I could get an appointment. Melanie was able to get me in the very next day. For this, I am very grateful! Both Shaky and Jasmin were very attentive showing great concern for my needs and well-being. I needed to have blood work done. Shaky was amazing and kind in completing my blood draw. Jasmine is the absolute best!! I’ve been to her a few times now & I drive nearly 3 hours to see her. I was very anxious going in & she made me feel sooooo much better. She also does the most amazing work & im beyond happy with my results. I couldn't thank her enough!
I had such a positive experience at this office. The staff was welcoming, the nurse was very gentle, and my doctor was incredibly thorough during my visit. She took her time, listened to everything I had going on, and ordered all the tests and imaging I needed without making me feel rushed or dismissed. I really appreciate how comfortable they made me feel and how proactive they were with my care.
I have been visiting this clinic for almost 2 years now and I want to say that Jasmine always listens to her patients, all my requests were heard, tests were done, medications were prescribed, referrals for MRI were approved. When you need to do a blood test, Shakeh does it very quickly and professionally. You can always make an appointment for next week and not wait for months. My husband and I are not Armenians, as written in one of the reviews, and the attitude towards us was wonderful. Keep it up!
