Efficient, punctual, staffed with competent individuals, & they took care of the employees that took care of the company. Incompetent management & a shift in corporate divisions have decimated this company. The place "no one wanted to leave" has now become a revolving door. My 85 year old mother was transported by two members of PTS, Emily and Steve. Emily was so compassionate with my mother. She treated her like her own mother. She held her hand, talked to her as a person while getting down to her level. Steve bundled her up and made sure she was completely covered and warm because it was cold. They were a delight.
Since its an ambulance company, not much happens at this location.
