Lilly was very polite and professional in setting up the appointment and dealing with my insurance challenges. While in the office she took the time to explain the process and each component. I greatly appreciated her thoroughness and knowledge. Location was easy to find with plenty of parking. Office was clean and organized. This was my first experience and it was excellent.

The Administrative Staff at Patient Solutions went above and beyond to assist obtain a “must needed” nebulizer for my father. When no action was being taken by the requesting facility (signature needed), the Patient Solutions Leadership cut through the “Red Tape” and approved us to come by and pick up the nebulizer since my Dad was diagnosed with a full blown pneumonia. Cannot thank this group enough for their “no nonsense “ response and action to ensure we had the nebulizer. They are all consummate professionals.👍🏻

Alexis and Rose were super helpful in getting all the paperwork from my doctor and Alexis went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Lilly helped me to get the best equipment for what I need and showed me how to use it. I’m super excited to get started and feel better! You won’t find better customer support anywhere, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a CPAP.
