I arrived at the lab at opening time to give blood, at 8:30, waited 20 minutes at the closed door, no one showed up. The result - I didn't give the tests, and was late for work.
My 3rd time getting my blood work with Irene and she is absolutely amazing. She has such a light hand and is very patience and makes the process way smoother.
Awful!! I made an appointment online and they confirmed my appointment via email. When I got there they were closed!!!
