The phlebotomists at this location are mostly good. But Shelly, I don't know if you were having a bad day, but not paying attention or looking while drawing blood is unacceptable. You moved the needle so far around that not only did you puncture through a vein but also hit a nerve that caused a burning pain, which is unacceptable. I have amazing veins and never had issues, and now I have lingering nerve pain.
My appointment was at 0815 on a Monday morning. They are supposed to open at 0800. I showed up early, around 0753, so waited. No one showed. Not before, not at, nor after my appointment time.
Shelley, the woman who works here, is wonderful and deserves a raise! I've been here a few times and she makes the blood draws painless and is also a kind (and no nonsense!) person. Would highly recommend this location.
I had the best experience here this morning. My nurse was very helpful and drew my blood without me feeling a thing! The office was calm and cozy, which really put me at ease. I’ll definitely be back.
Rudest and most aggressive phlebotomist ever. She made me wait 30 minutes because I arrived at her lunch time. She then treated me incredibly rudely and then refused service.
