Ms Wendy was gentle and sweet. I went on a Friday morning only two people in front of me, waited 15 mins. My blood test was done in 3 minutes. I will be back whenever I need a blood test. And NO BRUISING like some reviews are saying
Little to no wait time. I usually walk in and is there for less than 10 minutes. Blood draw was fast and painless, phlebotomist always emphasize to apply pressure to prevent bruises.
Previously did my 3 hour glucose test here. Tech was very gentle and polite. Little to no wait. Bathroom on site also. Came back for additional bloodwork. Good experience again.
Terrible experience. Had a shot taken and it got horribly bruised hours later. Wouldn't recommend to anybody and if you want your arm to get bruised as well then be my guest. Staff there were extremely rude to the point where they snapped at me telling me to hurry up.
I had a really unpleasant experience here. The staff rushed the whole process and were very dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable. They didn’t take their time with the blood draw, which left me with a bruised arm. Instead of being gentle or reassuring, they seemed impatient and more focused on rushing me out than doing their job carefully. I would not recommend this place based on how unprofessional and careless they were.
