I would give this place zero stars if I could. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was shockingly poor. I greeted the employee, and she didn’t acknowledge me or greet me back. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes because they were on lunch, which I didn’t mind, because this location is convenient for me since my doctor is upstairs. 七年有年在此血站抽血，技術一流時間等侯及抽血約15分鐘完畢，提醒工作人員在抽血時務必換一次性手套，爲了避免交叉感染，因我發現有二次的提醒工作人員抽血前請換一次性手套!
Ms Wendy was gentle and sweet. I went on a Friday morning only two people in front of me, waited 15 mins. My blood test was done in 3 minutes. I will be back whenever I need a blood test. And NO BRUISING like some reviews are saying
Little to no wait time. I usually walk in and is there for less than 10 minutes. Blood draw was fast and painless, phlebotomist always emphasize to apply pressure to prevent bruises.
