Great clinic
El personal es antiprofecional, lo atienden a uno de una manera no respetuosa. El personal desde que llegan , están en el celular. No toman el trabajo profesionalmente como deve de ser. Contestan en una manera, no adecuada. Cuando les pregunta uno algo. El lugar es un desastre. No lo recomiendo a nadie.
Just walked into leave a sample. This is the first time I have ever entered into one of these labs and very unfamiliar with the process. I walk in to drop off a sample. There were two other people sitting and waiting. As I walk in the very rude woman behind the desk doesn't even acknowledge my presence. I walk up to her desk and say "Good morning!". She looks up annoyed and says "hello". I explain to her I'm here to drop off a sample thinking I could just hand it over with the Rx provided by the doctor. She says ok sign in? ... read more
The incompetents of the front desk lady to input my information in the computer and she barely spoke English, which is worrisome. This is what happens when a company chooses diversity, equity and inclusion over competence. My suggestion, find another location.
