5/2/2023 Lab open at 7:00am, but not open till 7:35am, few senior people are waiting outside, give me a reason why ?
I had a flight to catch at 10am so chose to come to this place since the opening time was 7am. There were people waiting but nobody came to open the center. I waited for an hour and went to another center. No wonder the rating is so bad. Pathetic customer service.
I went here for my blood work. Reina was so helpful I always have trouble to withdraw blood but she did it so accurately with no pain.
I thought I would offset some of the other reviews - I had a very good experience. I got a normal bloodwork done here, a few vials of blood taken. It was easy to check in and the experience was good! No difficulty in getting the blood drawn, and the whole thing took less than an hour. I went in with a positive attitude.
