I took my one year old here which no parent, especially a first time parent, looks forward to doing. They were quick, efficient and incredibly sweet to both of us. It was also easy to get an appointment and they were on time. We will return for any future work!

I wanted to take the time to make a post about what excellent service I had coming in just a short time before my scheduled appointment. I did not have to wait but only 10 minutes and got in before my appointment time. Pamela welcomed me and signed me in and Zuluyka the phlebotomyist had a little bit of a hard time getting my vein, but there was no pain, but she quickly passed me on to Pamela, who got the vein immediately with no pain,, Whatsoever! Great service on a Saturday morning!!

My family has used this place for a few years now. In the past there’s usually one guy, the same guy for years. He was always extremely efficient for one person doing everything (check in, register, answer phone, and do the bloodwork). The last time I was there, a few months ago, he actually had extra help and everything ran very smoothly, in and out and under 10 minutes. Today there was a new person, all by herself. On November 5, 2024, this center in Manasquan was staffed by just one woman who served as phlebotomist, patient in-take coordinator and front desk receptionist. The center was busy, and as she moved from station to station and patient to patient while answering phones in between, she was warm, professional and provided gentle patient care. She deserves to be recognized for providing excellent service with a smile under challenging circumstances. I believe her name is Paula, and I commend her.

Very bad experience with my teenaged daughter, the person that drew her blood was inexperienced. He poked her with the needle twice and missed her veins both times, he had to call in someone else to find her vein. At this point she started to pass out. It's now eight days later and we still don't have her basic bloodwork back, I have a feeling that they've lost it. They wouldn't provide a note for school excusing her from being tardy that morning,. They said this is something they don't do, meanwhile every other lab provides... read more
