One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I came to this lab for my glucose test while pregnant and fasting. After waiting for staff to show up, I was treated with an incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. The employee refused to accept my prescription and told me I would need to go back to my doctor’s office, without mentioning that a simple fax from the office would solve the issue.
