I came in for a 3-hour glucose test, which required fasting. I was told I needed a photo ID, which I did not have, and was sent home 20 minutes away to retrieve it. Muy buena experiencia.
If I could leave less than 0 stars I would. This clinic is absolute trash and couldn’t care less about patient satisfaction. There is no point in making an appointment because they will take you in late and go by their sign list of who comes in first. I understand less staff is likely to work on a Saturday morning but to only have 2 people working and handle the insurance verification, taking blood, payment, phones, etc is absurd. DO NOT COME HERE.
