The worst place to come and get labs. Don’t Even waste your time scheduling an appointment. The receptionist is so rude. Entered all information online, told me still needed to enter the information. I arrived 15 min early for nothing. Had to leave because she would not take my lab orders from my my chart

I went to this lab on Grand St. to get a particular urine test that could not be performed at my doctor's office. I was promptly taken care of by the nice lady at the front desk, no complaints, but I was surprised that I had to use the floor public restroom, it was so dirty, so disgusting, it had excrement on the floor, I could not believe it! A clear bio-hazard! I will never go back. Just be aware of the restroom dirtiness, it hasn't been cleaned in a long very long time.

Wasted 50 minutes here only to be told by a supervisor offsite over the phone that they can’t do STAT results because my doctor is not a client? Labs like Quest and Labcorp take req orders STAT from any doctor so this was a surprise. Took 50 minutes to tell me this. You need more knowledgeable staff working this location! Stick with Labcorp if you need bloodwork.
