Missing blood test. Front desk employee are not professional. They are playing with their phone and coworkers.i was fasting .I was waiting for 1 hour for blood test I Asked them how long time . She said go next door i am cleaning room. They are crazy
One person working. Had to wait more than an hour to get done .
Both gentlemen at front desk and the lady in the back who draw blood are very nice, patience and gentle. Highly recommend.
Went here for the first time nervous especially after reading the reviews. The Asian lady was very nice and took care of me quick. I scheduled an appointment on their website super easy. Showed up 10 mins before my appt. Was told to sign the clip board to check in. Lady called my name and registered me. Got my results later the same day. I didn’t encounter any of the workers being rude. In my opinion it seems like it’s the ppl who come in that are the problem.
I’ve come here for a few times and the staff are actually nice, efficient and precise, especially the two ladies who work in the morning. The place can be a little packed depending on the time especially between 8 and 10 since a lot of people come here for fasting blood test. Other than that wait time isn’t very bad.
