I visited the Bio-Reference in Jackson Heights for a blood test, but the staff member who tried to draw my blood was not professional. She tried both of my arms and caused bruising but couldn’t get any blood. She told me, “I’m not able to get your blood. go somewhere else to have it done.” There were three other staff members there, but instead of asking one of them to help, she made the decision herself to send me away. I visited this lab on Saturday, 5/2/2026, and had a very unpleasant experience. The woman who handled my bloodwork was extremely rude from the moment I arrived. She did not even give me time to remove my bag before asking me to go provide a urine sample.
