It's as if you are walking into a 3rd world country as you step into the dilapidated office with no air and paper signs taped all over. There is never anyone to greet you or even acknowledge your presence. It is always a very long wait, even with an appointment. It is a shame, as I have been coming here for at least 15 years. I even received a bill from them this last time because they did not enter my insurance or tests properly, even though I have had the same insurance for 5 years and I go 2x/year. It was quick and excellent customer services
The 101 laboratory is the worst ever.
If I could leave less than 0 stars I would. This clinic is absolute trash and couldn’t care less about patient satisfaction. There is no point in making an appointment because they will take you in late and go by their sign list of who comes in first. I understand less staff is likely to work on a Saturday morning but to only have 2 people working and handle the insurance verification, taking blood, payment, phones, etc is absurd. DO NOT COME HERE.
Horrible experience. The woman explained nothing and had me peeing in a coffee cup. I'm totally serious. I even had to ask her three times if she'd take my blood or not cause I was willing to leave.
