I came in for a 3-hour glucose test, which required fasting. I was told I needed a photo ID, which I did not have, and was sent home 20 minutes away to retrieve it. This was especially frustrating because ID requirements had not been enforced consistently in previous visits, and no advance communication clarified the policy. Great service by multitasked phlebotomist.. just think the company should hire more workers and keep up w the office.. looks like most negative comments here and as I see while in the office it’s just the management of the office by the company it self.. they need to send more workers here to help with the short staff and upkeep w the look of the office and signs etc

It's as if you are walking into a 3rd world country as you step into the dilapidated office with no air and paper signs taped all over. There is never anyone to greet you or even acknowledge your presence. It is always a very long wait, even with an appointment. It is a shame, as I have been coming here for at least 15 years. I even received a bill from them this last time because they did not enter my insurance or tests properly, even though I have had the same insurance for 5 years and I go 2x/year.
