Went to get blood drawn. I have lived in this area for 35 years. Couldn't find the office. Drove back and forth, all I could find was a sign (building for rent, or something like that. next to what should have been their driveway.) Backing up, ending up in dead ends. Finally, I saw the sign for the place. It was buried by leaves that hadn't been cut back. It was directly under the sign advertising the building for rent. Don't you want your patients to find you? They have no A/C at all, I went there for a blood test, I was given a diabetic drink to drink and then I have to sit for an hour and wait to get my blood taken... This drink obviously dehydrates you and I am 7 months pregnant. To sit in a waiting room that is 85 degrees for an hour with no air, in my opinion is unacceptable.
Scam they told me my bill was charged last year. Meanwhile they charged me for two of my bills MONTHS LATER AT THE SAME TIME!!! They blame it on a “computer glitch” they are incompetent and they had me thinking my bills were paid for months meanwhile they LIED to me shady company do not use them.
Came today for a blood test, I had wait over an hour with 3 persons. This person working is the slowest I’ve ever seen, she talks more than work. This is ridiculous!!!!!
Employees are not trained to do blood work on small kids (toddlers or babies). Very rude and disrespectful staff. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET LABS DONE. They deserve a -negative rating not even a one star.
