The receptionist is such a sweetheart! The entire staff are so nice and accommodating! I would recommend anyone to come! I’ve been suffering from a horrible migraine and no one could tell me what was wrong. Find out that I had a horrible double ear infection. My little girl started school for the first time and has been getting sick very often. They have been accommodating everytime we’ve walked through the door! I feel like they take the time to really know you and find a solution to getting you better!
I saw Ms. Kelly Mills and she was the best! After being sick for so long, I was having a rough day and she never made me feel bad. She was very kind and gentle. She went above and beyond to call higher up care and get me an appointment for the same day, all I had to do was show up. She even ended the day by calling and checking up on me and how my appointment went. This care is beyond excellent. Thank you to her again!!
Dr. Ebony was incredible. This was the best urgent care experience I've ever had. My daughter has chronic issues and Dr. Ebony was compassionate, thorough, and empathetic. She completed a thorough exam and inquired about previous diagnoses and treatments. She then followed up twice after the visit to discuss my child's condition and interventions to help her. Dr. Ebony, you're amazing. Thank you for helping us during a very difficult time. ❤️
This is probably the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Front desk receptionist was extremely professional and sweet. She offered me water while I waited and was quick with what she needed to get done. The male nurse was caring and polite. He took my vitals and relayed my symptoms to the doctor. The doctor came in and did a few extra things. He listened to my concerns and prescribed me medications to alleviate the symptoms I’m having. Everyone was very attentive and empathetic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Check-in on the kiosk was fairly easy. The Receptionist was extremely nice and helpful with any questions I had. Wait time wasn't very long; we was in and out in a little over an hour. The Medical Assistant/Nurse Practitioner was great; he made my daughter laugh. I was extremely satisfied with the Doctor as well. This is a great facility.
