The service was exceptional and the doctor, Johnnie I believe was great. She went through all aspects of my issue, explained the options and time line, got me a brace and prescription all quickly and friendly. If I had to suggest a change I’d mention that I came in with a walker barely able to walk as I’m having hip surgery soon. This was my first time visiting this urgent care. The clinic was clean, but the provider and practitioner seemed uninterested and a bit rude. I came in thinking I had chickenpox, but they quickly dismissed it as just a rash and did a strep test instead, which came back negative. They didn’t seem very knowledgeable or thorough. I ended up going to a dermatologist afterward and was officially diagnosed with chickenpox. It wasn’t worth the money I spent for such poor service. I don’t recommend coming back here.
Nice staff, clean office, provider Whitney was personable and kind. Had to wait a good bit past my scheduled appointment time to be seen but sometimes that happens and it’s not the end of the world.
I had an amazing experience. They all made me feel as if I were a priority and they were all concerned about my comfort. I will certainly return and refer my friends and family.
Dr. Neal and his MAs were great. I had to receive 2 injections and as I received the 2nd one, I started to feel extremely lightheaded and felt like I was going to pass out. Hit me out of nowhere! I never react that way. Dr. Neal and his MA acted quickly then monitored me for a bit afterward. I was very grateful for their hospitality and support. Very kind and you can tell that they care about their patients as well as providing the utmost support and best treatment possible!
