Beautiful, the receptionist was very good at calming me and relieved my anxiety with her kind and thoughtful words and I felt the alcohol wipe more than the stick from the needle. Thanks guys, you all did a great job. I feel much better doc, you diagnosed me perfectly🥰
This was my first time visiting this urgent care. The clinic was clean, but the provider and practitioner seemed uninterested and a bit rude. I came in thinking I had chickenpox, but they quickly dismissed it as just a rash and did a strep test instead, which came back negative. They didn’t seem very knowledgeable or thorough. I ended up going to a dermatologist afterward and was officially diagnosed with chickenpox. It wasn’t worth the money I spent for such poor service. I don’t recommend coming back here.
The service was exceptional and the doctor, Johnnie I believe was great. She went through all aspects of my issue, explained the options and time line, got me a brace and prescription all quickly and friendly. If I had to suggest a change I’d mention that I came in with a walker barely able to walk as I’m having hip surgery soon. Very nice people and efficient. Love the self-check-in process. However, I was not given much explanation or direction for my symptoms. Prescribed me medication for a UTI even though it was determined I did not have one.
I’ve been coming to this location for years. They’re always so kind, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Once my daughter left her thermos cup up there for about 9 months, the next time she got sick and we went in, I was still there. They saved it for us! Tonight I was in a bind trying to get medication refilled for my daughter.. her pediatrician randomly just up and left the practice she was at without any warning, I had been waiting for a refill response for 3 days!
