I Luv The Patient +Plus Urgent Care Clinics Locations. This Location had Excellent Service. I Appreciate the Staff being very Curteoys, and Polite when U came in and as I was Wating as well. The Lady Staff Offered Me and other Patients while they were waiting Water, and was very curteoys, Nice, and Polite to us. Excellent experience, staff was extremely professional and courteous. PA on duty had a wonderful bedside manner, and made me feel completely at ease while I was examined. This type of quality care and attention to the patient's experience is definitely not common place nowadays. Put Siegen Lane Urgent Care at the top of your list for after hours medical care.
Wonderful service provided by the staff. I was greeted when I entered by Tee. She was very patient with me while I located my documentation. The nurses were very polite. Hani was gentle and the male nurse was very funny. The provider was very thorough with my care. Over all 10 out of 10 experience.
My visit to this establishment was quite enjoyable! No one likes to be at an urgent care (especially on a Memorial Day, which is when I went to be seen), but the staff and facilities here made the visit so smooth, easy, and efficient. Thank you so much for taking care of me and having such a great attitude while doing it, especially on a national holiday! I really appreciate all that the team does for the community.
From the pleasant and welcoming greeting as I entered the door to the wish for me to feel better soon as I departed, I loved this appointment. The desk receptionist was upbeat and helpful to me as well as another guest that was present. The nurse Jayla, who took my vitals was professional, patient and helpful.
