Went in for sore muscle pain in right arm. Staff was very nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Was quickly call to the back and treated with kindness and respect. Received shots and meds, which helped out a lot. Was able to sleep pain free and I'm still feeling amazing. I would highly recommend urgent care to others. Thanks for all you have done to help me, much appreciated ❤️
I was able to get my daughter seen very quickly. She was having an allergic reaction to something she ate and NP Niesha was very sweet and knowledgeable. She made the visit go smooth and gave very clear instructions on what to do after the visit. I will recommend her to all my family and friends.
Went in today after a motor vehicle accident, and once again the experience was exceptional. From the front desk staff to the medical assistant and the provider, everyone was kind, professional, and compassionate. As a nurse, I can usually tell when a healthcare team genuinely enjoys what they do, and it truly shows here. The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They helped me with payment options when i found out my insurance had been cancelled. They were fast but attentive and informative. I would certainly recommend them for urgent care services!
Went in for a headache, chills n a fever. Front desk clerk was thorough, patient as well professional. When I was called in by the nurse. Mrs. Victoria was awesome with a bright smile, gd convo while maintaining professionalism. If she was going through something u wouldn't know unless asked her n she decided to discuss.
