I recently visited Delmont Plus Patient Care and had a very positive experience. The check-in process was quick and well-organized, and the doctor was attentive, professional, and caring. To the Patient Plus family on Plank Road, I thank God for your team. My father is 90 years old and very independent. Well, he wasn't feeling his best. So he called me and said, "I'm not feeling like myself."So I asked, "Do you want to see the doctor?" Yes. He said, "I want to go where those lovely ladies cared for me before. " I said, "OK. The staff was very friendly and polite.. our MA was Kaye and she was very people friendly with a sweet bubbly personality! My fiance was not a good patient and she had a lot of patience with him. :)
I went there because I was stung by a wasp. However, I feel like the treatment didn't work because my hand is still badly swollen, and I'm still scratching it. I really don't want to go back since I paid out of pocket, and it’s frustrating to still have this itch and pain.
From the front desk receptionist I can’t remember her name 😊 to Sydney my nurse who observed my drug test both ladies were very nice timing was perfect very clean as well as organized and there professionalism is definitely a 10 for Me. It’s always good to be able to walk into a business as such and receive such friendly prompt service. It’s greatly appreciated!!! Patient Plus Delmont Plank Road will ALWAYS be my first choice!!
