Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were in and out in a timely manner and they made sure that we understood my son’s condition and offered excellent after care instructions. I will recommend this location to everyone in need of urgent care.
Have flu dr prescribed tamiflu and citrizine!! I call back to the office and tell her she didn’t give me anything cough syrup, she tell me she didn’t bc it may cause me to catch pneumonia! Fast forward the next day, my kids having flu symptoms bring them to the patient plus on Jefferson they test positive for the Flu the Dr. that see them give tamiflu and guess what cough syrup! Why did the doctor that idk but I’m starting not to trust no doctor they just tell u anything
The staff was so caring! The Doctor went above and beyond to make sure I was care for. She was knowledgeable and kind. My nurse Sydney was such a pleasant soul. I had to get an injection but it was painless. She also let me know my Blood Pressure reading was a-little high because I was in pain which calmed my spirit. The facility was very clean and sterilization was practiced!! Definitely my go to Clinic in Baton Rouge!!
I went to this urgent care regarding sinus issues, cough, congestion, body aches, and chills. First off, they said they ran out of flu tests, so they could not test me for the flu. I told them I’ve had sinus issues my entire life and the only I am able to get over them is with steroids and antibiotics. Then Whitney, I’m not sure if she is a physician assistant or nurse practitioner, stated she does not want to prescribe me antibiotics or steroids until 10 days after my symptoms began. The nurse assistant was friendly and patient!! 5☀️ The attending nurse practitioner listened carefully to my concerns and then explained what treatments were available and recommended for me. 5☀️ Alter 2 days I feel much better than I did when I came him!!!! A Pleased Patient 😃 Sandra
