Brought my daughter in with a possible broken foot. They took her back right away, got and X-ray as soon as we got there. Confirmed the break and got her in a walking boot. The staff here was wonderful, from making sure she was comfortable to helping me understand the next steps.

Patient Plus – Excellent Experience! I recently needed to visit an urgent care, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service I received from Patient Plus. Nyree at the Tigerbend location went above and beyond to assist me. She was kind, understanding, and quickly scheduled me at a Patient Plus location closer to where I was at the time, which was incredibly helpful. The staff was amazing! The wait was short, and they took the time to thoroughly explain my results. Everyone was so kind and pleasant — and that means a lot when you’re not feeling well.
Doctor's and employees (nurses etc) was very nice listened to my sons complaints on his health thoroughly and made sure he was taken care of. Also immediately called in medicine for him. OLOL After hours clinic didn't call in his medicine for 2 to 3 hours before and since we can't get there until 6pm or after we couldn't pick up his prescription from Walgreens until the following day! I love the service you give your patient's I would've gave you 10 stars if I could have!
