Relocated from 1200 miles away with a leg infection that was worsening but time and place made it hard to get care and antibiotics. Withing 14 hours of arrival in Louisiana, I scheduled an appointment and was right in. The nurses and PA were excellent with care and even shared personal stories and advice for restaurants and events nearby. Excellent visit! Thank you! Highly recommend this provider.
I made an appointment online & was taken to a room very quickly. All staff from the front desk to the medical assistant & NP were very polite & friendly. The only thing that could have been better was to have Xray available as I needed an xray but will have to go somewhere else to get it done. I do still recommend this location & I know they usually have xray staff onsite but I think this was a one off.
Had a hard fall a few days ago and made an online appt at 6:00 and expeditiously got an appointment for 6:30. The staff was very friendly and hospitable from the lady at the front desk, the lady checking my vitals, the P.A. and the lady taking my X-rays. I was well taken care of!
When I got at UC the receptionist checked me in and said I owed $28. I asked why and she said my secondary insurance was not active. I assured he it was because I used it 3 weeks prior and Aetna 3 days ago took $232 out of my checking account. She decided to argue with me and when I told her to call Aetna customer service to verify she told me no and that I could call them if I wanted to. Professional, friendly, and efficient! I was in and out quickly with my concerns addressed and felt like the entire staff truly cared! When an urgent care visit is warranted, Patient Plus is always my go to! The service and care is unmatched!
