When I first walked in, the receptionist (red, headed woman with glasses; sorry, I didn’t get her name!) was very friendly and welcoming everyone who came through the doors in. After waiting a bit, I was called to the back by Ashley who was attentive to my concerns and I was seen by Sarah who addressed my concerns. Both provided excellent care and gave me a plan to feel better.
The staff treated my son so well! The nurses were knowledgeable with a great bed side manner! The wait time wasn’t bad either. I hope we never have to go back lol but if we do I know we will be in good hands.
Nurse practitioner Kayla Cherrier was incredible! She was so positive and joyous and immediately put as at ease and helped my babies feel better. Wish every Dr was as kind and thorough as her!
The medical staff was great at getting us in and out in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. My only complaint was that the front desk person failed to realize that I only have a copay through my insurance plan and I was charged for services out of pocket. Even after I explained this to her she proceeded to print out a paper showing my deductible left to meet but didn’t go further to the benefits section for urgent care/office visits. There is always a wait- even if you are the only one there. But we saw NP Brandon and he was awesome! He is very kind and easy to follow. He is also very personal and thorough. The tech who took the vitals (maybe Jolisa) was also super nice!
