This evening I visited Patient Urgent Care Clinic in the Broadmoor area. It was such a nice experience. Kara, at the front desk checked me in. She was kind and warm and took just a few minutes to get the job done. The med tech, Saharra, called me to the back. She went about her duties with a sweet spirit and sense of efficiency. The healthcare provider, Brandon, was incredible! He asked all of the right questions and within a short while, had a diagnosis and a plan of action. We were visiting from out of town for the LSU game when our teenage son started feeling awful, so we stopped by Patient Plus Urgent Care to have him checked for flu and strep. The whole experience was amazing! The clinic was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and we were seen so quickly. They made everything fast and easy, and luckily it turned out to be just a bad cold. I was so impressed with how efficient and kind everyone was. It was truly one of the best urgent care experiences we’ve ever had!
Staff and service was top notch…I left feeling better than I did before I arrived..they understood the assignment..thanks for everything???
I was in and out relatively quickly. The nurses were very nice and tests were completed fast. The conversation with the practitioner felt a little transactional and didn’t really feel like a genuine sense of care. Overall was a good experience considering everything else.
