I don't like the fact that I registered online for an appt then I get there and have to scan a thing and fill out more stuff to sign in. I should be able to walk up to box and enter my phone number or name and sign in OR tell the receptionist. I had a migraine and could not see out of 1 eye. But you want me to look at my phone to fill out stuff. Check my file, I always go because of migraines. It is very difficult for me to see. Someone has to drive me and drop me off. I have a great experience at the Broadmore Patient Plus!! Check-in was easy, my wait was not long, the staff was courteous, professional and very caring. My provider Courtney was awesome!! She sat down and listened to me, took a through medical history and presented all the options of treatment for my issue. Thank you Broadmore Patient Plus!! I feel better!!
Overall, I did not have a great experience. The receptionist wasn’t friendly and the provider, Michael Hannon, seemed more interested in conversing with his coworker than assisting patients. I would’ve given one star but the medical assistant/CNA was exceptional!
My experience was beyond excellent. The provider was amazing. Akilah was very knowledgeable & thorough. I felt extremely confident in her care. I would highly recommend.
It was great. The staff addressed all my concerns. They were very thorough with what I had going on and with the instructions for me on getting better. I was very pleased and will recommend them to anyone.
