My three-year-old daughter had a runny nose, and the staff made her feel very comfortable while they examined her during our visit. Everyone was kind, patient, and caring, which made the experience much easier for both of us. We truly appreciated the professionalism and compassion shown by the entire team. The check-in process was simple, and our wait time was not bad at all.
My husband and I were walk-ins on a Saturday. They were busy but not overwhelmed. Completed our paperwork, paid our co-pay then sat for a few minutes. They were calling our names. Wow! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell they enjoyed their work. Doctor prescribed us antibiotics, steroids and cough medicine. Next day I knew I was on the right path to recovery. AWESOME !!
Always love to go to this location because they are so professional from the time you arrive till you check out. Making you feel like a special person even when you are leaving the after being seen by doctor/every one else for final departure. Recommend to all for the best care .
I schedule appointments with Patient Plus-Boardmoor before I schedule an appointment with our pediatrician. I love the convenience of the location, the staff is friendly, the wait time is never long, I can easily book an appointment from my phone, and the facility is always clean!
