My daughter had a boil under her arm and the staff took great care of her. The provider had great bedside manner. She explained everything before she did the procedure on my daughter putting her at ease. I will return if any other medical needs occur.

I had a horrible fall on yesterday and the pain became unbearable throughout the night. I refuse to go to the ER because I hate the wait. I enjoyed my visit even with the amount of pain I was in because of the professionalism the staff showed. I had to get X-rays and the tech on today was also very knowledgeable and delicate with me. The MA and Student Nurse went beyond their duties to ensure I was the correct patient and my vitals, injection, and foot boot were properly done correctly. I will not be back here again. My visit started today when I didn’t see the check-in stations in the lobby. After waiting in line to talk to the receptionist, I explained I didn’t see the check-in stations. She gave me paperwork to complete. I did it as quickly as possible. Handed it back with my Drivers license and insurance card. From the time I talked to the receptionist, 6 to 8 people checked in at the check in stations. The wait time has gotten ridiculously longer each time I have brought my toddler. Today I had to take my son in to be evaluated and after one hr and 2 people later still was not seen. Had a full staff of more than 5 workers just stand and sitting around the desk. After the hr I politely opened the door and said I wanted to cancel his visit in which the girl replied okay and I walked out. I will be filing a grievance with the insurance company about this visit just plain unacceptable.
