We were visiting from out of town for the LSU game when our teenage son started feeling awful, so we stopped by Patient Plus Urgent Care to have him checked for flu and strep. The whole experience was amazing! The clinic was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and we were seen so quickly. They made everything fast and easy, and luckily it turned out to be just a bad cold. I was so impressed with how efficient and kind everyone was. It was truly one of the best urgent care experiences we’ve ever had!
My service and my visit was Amazing! The staff and provider was not only professional but comforting and caring. I was diagnosed with Covid. Not worth the one star! I get that this place is privately owned, but previously have not charged my mom. Today they decide to charge and have an elder who struggle with the sign in screen to check herself in while they just sat there and just gossiped. Not professional. Treat others as you want to be treated. We rather go to Ochsner where they are better trained professionals to help the elder get better care.
1st time visit. Staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Rebekah, PA was very specific of my diagnosis and gave me very helpful information on my clearing up recovery. I am sure to go back to this Urgent Care. The check in time and PA visit diagnosis was very timely. Happy Patient
I had a horrible fall on yesterday and the pain became unbearable throughout the night. I refuse to go to the ER because I hate the wait. I enjoyed my visit even with the amount of pain I was in because of the professionalism the staff showed. I had to get X-rays and the tech on today was also very knowledgeable and delicate with me. The MA and Student Nurse went beyond their duties to ensure I was the correct patient and my vitals, injection, and foot boot were properly done correctly.
