I have a great experience at the Broadmore Patient Plus!! Check-in was easy, my wait was not long, the staff was courteous, professional and very caring. My provider Courtney was awesome!! She sat down and listened to me, took a through medical history and presented all the options of treatment for my issue. Thank you Broadmore Patient Plus!! I feel better!!
Overall, I did not have a great experience. The receptionist wasn’t friendly and the provider, Michael Hannon, seemed more interested in conversing with his coworker than assisting patients. I would’ve given one star but the medical assistant/CNA was exceptional!
It was great. The staff addressed all my concerns. They were very thorough with what I had going on and with the instructions for me on getting better. I was very pleased and will recommend them to anyone.
It was a pleasant experience working with Brandon jayla khadijah and amarilla and they all helped me and I was out of there within 30 minutes and my knee feels way better cuz I hyperextended my knee or something and I still got to go get an MRI cuz I don't have a primary care doctor because I'm very heathy but this knee pain hurts worse than anything I've ever felt in my life
My experience was beyond excellent. The provider was amazing. Akilah was very knowledgeable & thorough. I felt extremely confident in her care. I would highly recommend.
