I am writing this review as asked to by my partner who doesn't normally do reviews on the dentist. He is really scared of the dentist and would avoid at all cost if he could. He had an initial consultation last week with Dr Shahpour Hemmati who is a really nice man and made him feel very relaxed. He was booked in to have his extraction today and was unbelievably nervous as always, especially scared of the needles. As a new patient, this is my first visit ( 29/09/2025) and I am very impressed. At the reception, I met two friendly, yet professional ladies. Dr Patrich Poorkasreiy examined me with assistance from Santoshi. Later in the day, I returned to the dentist to have my tooth filled. Dr Patrich and Santoshi were very professional and friendly. I had my consultation and filling treatment with Dr Sadia and Anna at Patient First. They were very caring, professional and made me feel at ease. I was very scared of the pain at first but they comforted me throughout my procedure. My teeth are in much better condition and pain free now. I would highly recommend them, thank you so much for taking care of me!
Dr Hussein Delgosha has been my dentist for 3 years and is kind and caring. His nurse is also lovely. All other staff at Patient First are polite and helpful.
I am very disappointed with the medical services at Patient First Dental Practice Grays because I paid 17,000 pounds for those services. I had many problems: during the dental implant surgery, the doctor Dr Shahpour Hemmati left the knife in my mouth during anesthesia and cut me under the tongue. While he was putting in my permanent teeth, one of my teeth fell out while Dr Shahpour Hemmati was fixing it in my mouth and he said it was okay, but I didn't think it was broken and I didn't say anything.
