Absolutely, horrible staff! Rude receptionist when you ask about your medication PA, doesn’t listen to anything you say. Just acts like you’re a burden and bothering her! Also when you ask to speak to a higher up (doctor) about her attitude (the receptionist) they lie and tell you she left. THEN when you ask for corporate number to call they tell you they don’t have one and hang up. Absolutely disgusting. Absolutely RUDE receptionist. Can only imagine how everybody else is. Will never go there again.
Called in for an appointment and both receptionists were rude as can be. Stacy and Isaac both need to work on how they treat people.
The worst case of customer service. Ive ever experienced. An inattentive Dr. Whose assembly line of patients are all that matters. The unprofessional attitude of the entire office leaves me in shock. Do not go there if you want you health to be a priority. I wish I could give them less stars.
I like the Dr she is awesome and doesn't push pills on people only issue is that the receptionist isn't always the friendliest person and needs to re train on customer service excellence
