Honestly I'm disappointed. I've been a patient for 6 years and I know doctor gullick and Stacy very well. But honestly I'm just floored with how I've been getting treated. I'm literally there longest staying patient and they are treating me like absolute trash.
The staff is always extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The receptionist put my appointment in the system for the wrong time and then yelled at me for being late when I was actually on time. Dr. Gulick had to tell her she was wrong. Additionally, they never once sent me a bill. I asked every time I visited if I owed anything because I hadn’t received a bill. They kept saying if I owed anything they would send a bill. Dr. Gulick and the staff have always been kind to me and attentive to me on my visits. They also show a lot of encouragement for me, I am on a weight loss plan. I have been going there 5 years and not had any issues.
Absolutely, horrible staff! Rude receptionist when you ask about your medication PA, doesn’t listen to anything you say. Just acts like you’re a burden and bothering her! Also when you ask to speak to a higher up (doctor) about her attitude (the receptionist) they lie and tell you she left. THEN when you ask for corporate number to call they tell you they don’t have one and hang up. Absolutely disgusting.
