Great experience. From the moment U walk in U R greeted by staff with smiles and direct eye contact. Check in very efficient, wait times impressive. Julie is very friendly and draws my blood with just one stick!!! Debra Adam's Wingate is an excellent provider; listens and involves U in any treatment plan which is outcome oriented. Heather makes Check out simple, schedules F/u taking into account your individual needs. I recommend Patient Centered Care to anyone seeking high quality, holistic care for primary care services.
Heather, Deb and Julia are always great to deal with. Deb took a ton of time earlier this year to get me through a medical issue. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns but will be firm if necessary.
This was the worst drs office I have ever been to. There was a Dr there, a younger lady with longish brown hair who was wonderful but after my first appt she had left… probably for her own good. Aside from that this is the most pressing office I have ever been, Deborah Wingates daughter who I think is named Heather is a very rude person. I don’t understand needing bloodwork done as often as I did and having (High blood pressure) which I only had while at this office because I already couldn’t stand it due to how things went ... read more
The staff at Patient Centered Care in Bolivia were amazing. I had an appointment scheduled but was unable to make it so I canceled because I was out of town. Ended up having to come back into town to handle some business and last minute called to see if I could drop in and they were so kind to work me in. I know they did not have to and their willingness to accommodate my crazy schedule is greatly appreciated. Circumstances being what they were I was a little tense coming in spur of the moment but the staff were so friendly.... read more
