The worst sparrow lab I’ve ever been to. My appointment was at 2:20, since they don’t let you do walk ins anymore. I came at 2:10, hoping to get in early but okay if not. There is no receptionist at the window, in fact the window is closed with paper taped over it so you can’t see inside. There were two people on the screen in front of me, one for 2:00 and one for 2:10. I sit and wait until 2:35, when finally the 2:10 person in front of me is called. She leaves about 10 mins later. Always in and out no matter how many people are in front of me. We must wait regardless of where we go. We’d rather be here. Friendly, professional staff! Thanks for all you do
This place sucks. I had an appointment and was told the lab just decided to close early today and that there was no way to cancel the appointment because no one was there. Sitting in my car currently pissed off.
3 people ahead of me and still sat there over an hour before getting in.
