Ordered CPAP EQUIPMENT from them which has been a nightmare. Never get stuff on time, told it was the insurance fault. Insurance Company advised pre-authorization never placed by Patient Aid (more than once) . Always got the run around, not my fault line from Patient Aid. Would strongly recommend someone else for your supplier. PERIOD!!
I had the same experience. I called to order my cpap supplies and they said they had no record of the type of machine and mask I had and I needed to go home to look at when I called back. So I called back the next day and they said they knew what supplies I needed and it was in their file. They told me it would be 5-10 days before I got them. Two weeks went by and no supplies. I called again and they said they hadn't shipped them yet and didn't know why. Then told me it would be 5-10 days. How do they stay in business?
