The delivery man was not my regular guy. He was rude and inconsiderate. He said the tanks were not completely empty and that he was not taking them until they were all emptied. I told him I would call his company if he left all of my tanks at my home without taking anything. He had a few words for me and said he would take them. Ordered CPAP EQUIPMENT from them which has been a nightmare. Never get stuff on time, told it was the insurance fault. Insurance Company advised pre-authorization never placed by Patient Aid (more than once) . Always got the run around, not my fault line from Patient Aid. Would strongly recommend someone else for your supplier. PERIOD!!

I had the same experience. I called to order my cpap supplies and they said they had no record of the type of machine and mask I had and I needed to go home to look at when I called back. So I called back the next day and they said they knew what supplies I needed and it was in their file. They told me it would be 5-10 days before I got them. Two weeks went by and no supplies. I called again and they said they hadn't shipped them yet and didn't know why. Then told me it would be 5-10 days. How do they stay in business?
