Pip has been amazing, with incredible info and keeping my hormones in balance. There was no way I was going to take HRT for menopause symptoms. Biodentical hormones do an amazing job, no more hot flushes during the night and flinging the duvet off and on. Any problems between 6 monthly appointments I could just flick Pip an email- very happy customer.
Absolutely terrible organisation. Take all your money and leave you with no answers. Was told I had a hormone imbalance and was told to keep taking the hormone treatment they gave me when pregnant which resulted in a miscarriage. Have asked for someone to contact me twice but have clearly been forgotten about. $580 for no answers and a miscarriage. I didn't feel I received individualized care. It was more like one size fits all. During the zoom call consultation the call kept breaking up and it was hard to hear everything. Further after receiving the prescription I called and emailed but never got a response from them. They were very quick in sending out an invoice. Following though of the consultation was nonexistent. But not what you would expect from private practice.
Game changer and great support
Three months in and my world has changed. After 7 years (in my opinion) of horrible perimenopause and menopause. Gratitude to Pip and the team. Thank you for your instrumental support and work towards my mental and physical wellness. I will be forever grateful and highly recommend you and team to everyone. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
