Ky is knowledgeable and professional. She is very responsive and respectful. It turns out that I had a health challenge in an area that was not her specialty, and when she realized that, she referred me to two advocates who specialized in that area, refunded most of my payment, and offered to send them my health information (and then delete it on her end) to save time. I am so impressed with her professionalism and resourcefulness.
Ky is just wonderful!!! She guides and helps you above and beyond through the process and also goes out of her way to help in other ways need be!
