I’m very disappointed that I had to leave. I absolutely love Dr Miller to pieces. She’s very kind, made me feel welcomed, explained everything I needed to know during my appointments, and even talked to me about things that I had going on that contributed to stress during my pregnancy. K can’t speak for anyone else but myself when it comes to the experience with Dr Miller. Now her STAFF however….. My recent experiences here have made me lose confidence in this practice. A lot of this has to do with the front office staff and communication. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of, there’s no voicemail option because their mailbox is full, and their website doesn’t even work so there’s no email to easily contact anyone. Had to switch providers due to the inefficiency of this office. We waited over an hour and a half, to only see Dr. Miller for 5 minutes and no questions were even asked (FOR HER FIRST VISIT AND FIRST PREGNANCY) and we had to be sent to another location to do the ultra sound, mind you it was 78 degrees inside the office as well. Made an appointment elsewhere and they definitely showed us this is not acceptable. Good luck trying to contact them as well.

I waited 5 months to see this surgeon who had outstanding reviews on services but poor reviews in communication. As she sent a request for surgery coverage to my insurance and they denied it due to lack of documentation and information from her or her office, I now have to have her call the Dr at my insurance directly. No kidding when I say I called her office 30 times today. 30 TIMES. No answer. Cannot leave voicemail. I hardly have energy to leave my apartment most days. Today was the same. It is very sad for me to have to say that my most recent visit with Dr. Miller was a big disappointment. I was led to the room and told to change into my gown and the nurse left me there. Never came back in the room. After sitting in the room for an hour and almost an hour and a half, Dr. Miller walked in. With a cold like attitude. She seemed Not warm at all and not apologetic for having me wait so long. No small talk. Nothing to distract me from the Pap smear I was about to get. Nothing.
